Hydro Power Generating Districts Development Project PCC Street/Sewerage Line Works in Battagram and Surrounding UCs

The Public Health Engineering Division Battagram invites electronic bids from eligible Government Registered Contractors under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the Hydro Power Generating Districts Development Project funded by 10% Net Hydel Profit for Financial Year 2026-27. The project involves construction and rehabilitation of PCC Street and Sewerage Lines along with installation of Pressure Pumps in various Union Councils of Battagram district. Items being procured: - Package No-01: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Battagram, Drill Bores Pressure Pumps in UC Battagram (Estimated Cost: 5.350 + 2.500 + 2.850 Million) - Package No-02: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Kuzabanda Water Supply Scheme (5.50 + 2.500 + 3.00 Million) - Package No-03: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Shumlai Water Supply Scheme (3.500 + 2.500 + 1.00 Million) - Package No-04: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Rajdhari Water Supply Scheme (5.00 + 2.500 + 2.500 Million) - Package No-05: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Paimal Sharif, Drill Bores Pressure Pumps in UC Paimal Sharif (4.850 + 2.00 + 2.850 Million) - Package No-06: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Ajmera, Drill Bores Pressure Pumps in UC Ajmera (4.850 + 2.00 + 2.850 Million) - Package No-07: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Battamori Water Supply Scheme (5.00 + 2.500 + 2.500 Million) - Package No-08: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Trand Water Supply Scheme, Drill Bores Pressure Pumps/Open Wells in UC Bannian (10.500 + 5.00 + 2.500 + 3.00 Million) - Package No-09: Drill Bores Pressure Pumps/Water Supply Scheme in UC Gijbori (4.900 Million) The scope includes civil works for street and sewerage line construction, water supply scheme rehabilitation, and installation of pressure pumps and drill bores across multiple Union Councils. Contractors must be registered with PEC for 2026-27, possess valid FBR and KPPRA registration, and have relevant experience. Earnest money and bid security as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act and Board of Revenue & Estate Department rules are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS portal and physically for financial bids by 19-10-2026 at 12:05 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1:05 PM. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened after evaluation. Detailed instructions, mandatory documents including CNIC, PEC registration, enlistment certificate, KPPRA form, FBR form, audit report, and affidavit are required. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all technical and financial documents are complete and uploaded correctly on EPADS before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Pay special attention to the bid security and earnest money requirements as non-compliance will lead to rejection.
