IESCO Supply of Distribution Transformers, Wires, Current Transformers and Hardware Materials

Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites electronic bids for 2026-27 from firms and manufacturers registered with DISCOs, PPRA and FBR, for free delivery of electrical distribution and associated hardware materials to IESCO Regional Stores at Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajar and Wan. The procurement is intended for qualifying suppliers able to meet applicable WAPDA and NTDC specifications and provide prototype approvals where required. The mandatory item and lot schedule is: Tender 62: 400 KVA pole mounted distribution transformer, 35 Nos., bid security **PKR 1,040,000**. Tender 63: 200 KVA pad mounted distribution transformer, 100 Nos., bid security **PKR 4,360,000**. Tender 64: G.S. wire 6 mm, 130 M.T., bid security **PKR 1,340,000**; and G.S. wire 10 mm, 50 M.T., bid security **PKR 400,000**. Tender 65: LT CT ratio 100/5A, 1,000 Nos., bid security **PKR 220,000**; LT CT ratio 200/5A, 1,000 Nos., bid security **PKR 220,000**; LT CT ratio 400/5A, 400 Nos., bid security **PKR 80,000**; and LT CT ratio 800/5A, 100 Nos., bid security **PKR 20,000**. Tender 66: P.G. connector T-155, 16,000 Nos., bid security **PKR 80,000**; and nut and bolt size 5/8 x 2 inches, 26,900 Nos., bid security **PKR 60,000**. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS Version 2.0 portal on a single-stage, one-envelope basis by **19 August 2026 at 10:30 AM**. Bids will open at **11:00 AM** on the same date at the Office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, G-7/4 Street No. 40, Islamabad. Each tender requires sealed bid security in the prescribed amount, valid for 150 days, through a bank guarantee or CDR from a scheduled Pakistani bank rated A+ or above, in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad. Bids must cover the full advertised quantity, remain valid for 120 days, and include applicable taxes and statutory charges.
