Improvement of C.C / Paving Blocks at Various UCs (50,51) of TMC Paretabad Taluka City District Hyderabad

The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Hyderabad is procuring improvement works for C.C / paving blocks at various Union Councils (50,51) of TMC Paretabad Taluka City District Hyderabad. This project involves civil works focused on enhancing the infrastructure of paving blocks to improve urban accessibility and durability in Hyderabad city. The technical scope includes the supply and installation of cement concrete paving blocks across the specified UCs. The contract duration is 24 months, ensuring comprehensive completion and quality assurance. The works require contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, with valid renewal up to June 2026. Bidders must have completed at least three similar works of 80% estimated cost in the last five years, supported by completion certificates and SPPRA bid evaluation reports. Financial eligibility includes an annual turnover at least twice the estimated cost over the last five years, audited reports from ICAP-registered firms, and bank credit worthiness of at least 15% of the estimated cost. Registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board with active status is mandatory.
