Improvement & Extension of Water Supply Scheme Acher Gabool and Adjoining Villages Taluka Johi District Dadu

The Public Health Engineering Division Dadu invites bids for the Improvement and Extension of Water Supply Scheme at Acher Gabool and adjoining villages in Taluka Johi District Dadu, Sindh. This tender covers comprehensive civil works, pipeline installation, pumping machinery including solar energy systems, and compound wall construction. Items being procured: - Tube well boring and casing pipe installation (12" diameter) up to 300 ft depth - Wooden lock for sample preservation - Sampling of strata and water - PVC strainer and blind pipes (8" diameter) - M.S. bail plug, graded bajri shrouding, PVC end plug - Development charges of tube well - Geo-electrical resistivity survey - Pump house construction including excavation, concrete works, brickwork, R.C.C, steel reinforcement, plastering, painting, and iron works - Pipeline excavation and laying of HDPE pipes (3" and 4" diameter) - High density polyethylene fittings and valves - Chamber construction for sluice valves - Refilling of excavated trenches - Repair and extension of low service reservoir - Pumping machinery including 10 BHP submersible pump with solar power system - Solar energy system components including solar panels, VFD drives, wiring, and installation - Compound wall construction - Repair of civil works and pumping machinery The technical scope includes detailed boring, installation of casing pipes, construction of pump houses with reinforced concrete and steel works, laying of HDPE pipelines with fittings and valves, installation of pumping machinery powered by solar energy, and construction of compound walls. The project requires PEC registration in relevant categories, financial capability with bank certificates, audit reports, and technical personnel including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Office of the Executive Engineer (Dev) Public Health Engineering Division Dadu at Gharibabad Muhalla Dadu by 27-08-2026 12:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope.
