The Highway Division Jamshoro invites bids for the improvement of road from Budhapur Phattak Road to Dargah Dad Shaheed Mile 0/1-1/4 (2.21 KM) along with construction of drains in Taluka Manjhnad. This tender is part of the Annual Development Programme 2026-2027 and is open to contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C5 & Above. Contractors must have PEC registration valid up to June 2027 with specialization codes CE09, CE10, EE11 for general electric works. Experience in similar works executed in the last 5 years is mandatory, with at least one work costing 80% of the estimate and two works costing 50% each. Firms must submit turnover and performance certificates along with NTN and SRB certificates proving active tax status. Bidding documents are available on the Sindh e-procurement portal http://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual submissions will not be accepted. Tender fee is Rs. 5000 and earnest money is 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 2.6 Million) payable via Pay Order or Demand Draft.
