Improvement of Tranches at Akacia Banquet and from H.No H-110 to H.No E-110 PECHS UC-01 & UC-02 TMC Chanesar District East Karachi

The Town Municipal Corporation Chanesar District East Karachi invites bids for the improvement of trenches at two locations: Akacia Banquet (Back Side) PECHS-I UC-01 and from H.No H-110 to H.No E-110 PECHS UC-02. These works involve earth excavation, dismantling of cement concrete, carriage of materials, preparation of sub-base with well-graded gravel, laying aggregate base course, providing and laying 1½" thick asphalt concrete, manufacturing and supplying 21 inch diameter RCC manhole covers, RCC ring slabs, and fixing of ring slabs on damaged manholes. Items being procured: - Improvement of trenches at Akacia Banquet (Back Side) PECHS-I UC-01 - Improvement of trenches from H.No H-110 to H.No E-110 PECHS UC-02 The technical scope includes excavation, dismantling, material carriage, sub-base preparation, aggregate base course laying, asphalt concrete paving, and RCC manhole and ring slab manufacturing and installation. The site is located at Goal Market SMCHS Block B Near Darwashiya Masjid, TMC Chanesar District East Karachi. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization code CE01, active registration with FBR/SRB for income and sales tax, a minimum bank turnover of PKR 5 million in the last five years, a project team with at least three engineers, audited accounts from an internationally affiliated audit firm, and no blacklisting or litigation history. A 5% bid security in the form of a pay order from the bidder's own account is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal (http//portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk) by 10:30 AM on 01-10-2026.
