Improvement & Up-gradation of Space Adjacent to Gym ECP Secretariat G-5 Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) through its Civil-Maintenance Division PMOH, Maintenance of Public Buildings Directorate invites sealed bids for the Improvement and Up-gradation of space adjacent to the Gym at ECP Secretariat, Sector G-5, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is open to eligible bidders registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Items being procured include: - Providing and fitting glazed aluminium windows with 5 mm tinted glass - Providing and fixing partitions with hard board sheets - Supply, installation and commissioning of Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) - Fixing wall mounted distribution boards - Building insulated gym structure with thermocol and GI sheet cladding - Providing and fixing American interlocking rubber gym tiles - Fixing PVC hard panels at various locations - Providing three seater sofa with wooden frame and quality foam - Installation and commissioning of 2-ton floor standing inverter AC units - Electrical fittings including socket outlets, light plugs, power plugs, and PVC boxes - Copper piping and aero flex insulation sleeves for AC units - Provision of LED lights and ceiling smart fans The technical scope covers civil works, electrical installations, HVAC equipment, and furnishing as per detailed specifications. Bidders must comply with PEC registration requirements and FBR/NTN registration. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration is mandatory. The bidding documents are available on EPADS portal and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted online on October 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
