The project covers urban and semi-urban areas including Mingora City, Barikot, and Kabal. The works require specialized PEC codes EE02, EE04, EE11(vi), EE11(vv) for certain lots, and EE11(vi), EE11(vv) for others, ensuring qualified contractors with relevant experience and technical capacity. Bidders must be registered with PEC and KPRA, hold active NTN registration with FBR, and be enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Centralized Enlistment Policy for the current financial year. Financial bids will be opened only after technical evaluation. Earnest Money (Bid Security) is required at 2% of the estimated cost, with amounts ranging from PKR 300,000 to PKR 1,000,000 depending on the lot.
