Tender Description
The OFFICE OF THE MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT ALLIED HOSPITAL-I FAISALABAD invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes for the improvement and upgradation of the toilet block at the right side wing of the Male Doctor Hostel at Allied Hospital-I Faisalabad.

The tender process requires submission of the Detailed Notice Inviting Tender (D.N.I.T) via Punjab E-Procurement portal by the specified date and time. Manual bids are not accepted. Bidders must submit bids under Rule 38(2) of PPR2014 Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders must work out the amount against each item and indicate the total amount of their bid. Financial bids must be complete and submitted as per PPRA Circular No. L&M(PPRA)10-1/2011/008595 dated 11.10.2024 and valid up to 29.08.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent.
Eligibility includes registration with PEC, submission of 2% earnest money of estimated cost in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Medical Superintendent Allied Hospital-I Faisalabad. Contractors must submit original CDRs, registered Power of Attorney, and other required documents by 11:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in disqualification. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
The tender is for a 3-month completion period. The firm/contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes. Bidders should note that if the tender opening date falls on a public holiday, it will be opened the next working day.
