Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids through Single Stage Two Envelope E-PADS procedure for the improvement and widening of the Gatkai to Letai Blacktopped Road covering a total length of 13 kilometers in District Bajaur. The tender is issued by the C&W Highway Division Bajaur.
Items being procured:
- Package No.I KM No.1 to 5 (5-Kms) with an estimated cost of Rs. 162.540 Million
- Package No.II KM No.6 to 10 (5-Kms) with an estimated cost of Rs. 144.616 Million
- Package No.III KM No.11 to 13 (3-Kms) with an estimated cost of Rs. 92.703 Million
The technical scope includes road widening and improvement works as per the work order. The required PEC category for all packages is C-4 and above. Bidders must submit bid security including stamp duty as specified: Rs. 3.290 Million for Package I, Rs. 2.932 Million for Package II, and Rs. 1.895 Million for Package III. Tender fees are Rs. 49,000, Rs. 43,500, and Rs. 28,000 respectively.
Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department. Original call deposit for bid security and tender fee must be enclosed with the technical proposal. Technical proposals must be uploaded on the E-PADS portal in PDF format and submitted in hard copy (1 original + 1 copy) to the office of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division Bajaur.
The last date and time for submission of e-bids is 23rd September 2026 at 1:00 pm, with technical bids opening at 1:30 pm the same day. The date for opening financial bids will be announced after approval of technical bids. Post qualification can be obtained from the undersigned office on cash payment of Rs. 3000/- non-refundable within one day before tender opening.
