Improvement and Widening of Road from Changmer Bridge to Tota Imtiaz Lake with Rigid PCC Pavement

The Office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&WD Kharmang, Government of Gilgit Baltistan, invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure for the improvement and widening of the road from Changmer Bridge to Tota Imtiaz Lake. This project involves construction of rigid PCC pavement on the Changmer Ganouq to Tota Lake track, aiming to enhance road infrastructure and connectivity in Kharmang. Eligible bidders must be registered firms, contractors, or joint ventures with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/code duly updated, and have relevant experience under GB PPRA Rule 2022. A 2% bid security is required. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 39.360 million. The tender closing date is 2nd November 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
