Items being procured: - Rehabilitation and repair of WASH facilities in Government Primary Schools - Upgrading and construction of barrier-free, accessible infrastructure The scope of work includes rehabilitation and repair of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) facilities, as well as upgrading infrastructure to ensure accessibility without barriers. All works must strictly comply with PEC standards, national building codes, and relevant regulations to ensure quality and safety. Eligibility criteria require contractors to have a valid PEC registration of category C-3 or above, with expired licenses leading to disqualification. Bidders must also hold valid NTN (active) and KPRA registrations. Submission of bid security amounting to 2% of the bid cost is mandatory, in the form of Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Only one package per contractor is allowed; multiple submissions will be rejected. The employer reserves the right to reject bids at any time before acceptance.
