Indigenous Development and Manufacturing of Oily Water Separator for Pakistan Navy Platform

Pakistan Navy invites bids for the indigenous development and manufacturing of an Oily Water Separator specifically designed for a PN platform. This procurement is issued by the Directorate of Indigenous Technical Development (South) ITD Wing, Naval Research and Development Institute (NRDI) located at NSSD Area, West Wharf Road, Karachi. Items being procured: - Oily Water Separator for PN Platform (Qty: 01) The technical scope includes detailed user requirements and technical specifications attached as Annex B. The separator must ensure maintainability with at least 5 years of maintenance support, technical assistance, and continued spare support for 10 years. Operating parameters, material specifications, design criteria, and detailed drawings are provided in annexes. The developer must submit a feasibility study, technical proposal, and commercial offer. The development contract will be awarded after approval by the Competent Financial Authority. Eligibility criteria include valid Sales Tax Registration, Professional Tax Certificate, and previous experience in similar projects. Earnest money is required: 2% of quoted value for registered firms (max Rs. 0.5 million) and 5% for non-registered firms (max Rs. 1 million). Tender fees vary by project cost, ranging from Rs. 2,500 to Rs. 23,000. Offers must be submitted in duplicate with three envelopes containing commercial offer, technical offer, and tender fee. Key dates: Offers must be dropped by 1100 hours on 25 November 2026. Technical offers will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day, followed by commercial offers.
