Supply of Hydraulic Hoist for PSO Retail Outlets at Central Store Keamari

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of Hydraulic Hoists for its retail outlets at the Central Store Keamari Terminal-B (KTB) in Karachi. This procurement is aimed at equipping PSO service stations with reliable and efficient vehicle lifting equipment to facilitate maintenance and service operations. Items being procured: - Hydraulic Hoist complete with chassis and accessories - Quantity: 40 units - Location: PSO Central Store Keamari Terminal-B The hydraulic hoists are specified as single post, semi-hydraulic vehicle lifts with girder supports and pneumatic sealing. Key features include power cylinder, piston and sleeve, valve or switch for lifting and dropping vehicles, anti-rust chrome coated piston, automatic smooth lift and drop operation, loading capacity up to 4.5 tons, piston travel of 150cm to 160cm, automatic safety lock, and overall dimensions of 737 x 4877 mm. Accessories include air control valve, PSO grade hydraulic oil, and vehicle locators (front and rear sets). The equipment must comply with ANSI B-153-1 standards and come with a 12-month maintenance-free warranty including replacement of all parts from the date of delivery at the central store Keamari. Comprehensive installation instructions must be provided by the supplier. The hoists should be capable of lifting all types of vehicles up to 4.5 tons at any height, with a maximum lifting height above floor level of 1.3 meters. Delivery is required within 75 days after issuance of the purchase order. PSO reserves the right to inspect the equipment upon delivery and to adjust quantities after issuance of the tender or purchase order with prior notice. OEMs must submit a duly signed and stamped compliance/deviation sheet along with all necessary technical literature with their bids. Earnest money of Rs. 100,000/- is required as bid security. Penalties for delayed delivery are set at 0.1% of the undelivered quantity value per day, capped at 10% of the work order value. Bidders are advised to carefully review the specifications and ensure timely submission by the deadline of 12 November 2026 at 2:15 PM. Submission of complete technical and financial bids with all required documentation is essential.
