Procurement of Lab Equipment, Plant & Machinery, Furniture & Fixture, Stationery at Mirpur University of Science and Technology

Tenders are invited by the Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST), Mirpur AJK, for the procurement of lab equipment, plant and machinery, furniture & fixture, and stationery from well reputed suppliers/vendors registered with FBR as active taxpayers. The procurement is on F.O.R basis. Items being procured: - Plant & Machinery (CDR Rs. 50,000/-; 40,000/-; 16,220/-; 55,224/-; 25,000/-; 24,000/-) - Furniture & Fixture (CDR Rs. 16,000/-) - Lab Equipment (CDR Rs. 93,110/-; 79,636/-; 76,915/-; 12,000/-) - Stationery (CDR Rs. 80,000/-) Detailed specifications and quantities will be provided in the tender document. The procurement covers a wide range of equipment and supplies essential for university operations. Suppliers must provide proof of tender fee payment in both hard and soft form to the Procurement Department (Treasurer Office). The tender fee is Rs. 2,000/- non-refundable and mandatory, payable through University Bank challan in HBL/online challan from Allied Bank or demand draft in favor of Treasurer MUST. A refundable Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory as per the amounts listed for each category. All government and state taxes of AJK will be deducted as per rules. Repeat orders cannot exceed 15% of the original procurement. Incomplete or conditional tenders will not be entertained. The procurement will follow the single stage, two envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Blacklisted firms or those in conflict with government anywhere in AJK or Pakistan are not allowed. The last date for submission of proposals/bids is 18th November 2026 (Wednesday) at 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the office of Deputy Treasurer, MUST, Admin Block, Jari-Kass, Mirpur. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring all required documents and CDRs are attached to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to avoid last-minute issues.
