Establishment of Indoor Games Facility and Construction Works at GBHS Surab

The Local Govt & Rural Development Surab invites sealed percentage rate tenders based on the composite schedule of rates 2026 Government of Balochistan from interested contractors/firms for the following works under BSDI Project 2026-2027: Items being procured: - Establishment of Indoor Games Facility at GBHS Surab (BEMIS 1113) including Gym, Badminton, Snooker, Table Tennis, Chess, Basketball with estimated cost Rs. 14,999,999 - Improvement of Security Infrastructure for DC Complex and DC House Surab with estimated cost Rs. 9,999,225 - Construction of Dustbins at different MC Wards/Streets of Surab with estimated cost Rs. 4,974,504 - Construction of Tough Tiles at MC Wards/Streets at Killi Mengalabad opposite to GRT Static Killi MB, Killi Azhar with estimated cost Rs. 14,999,020 The procurement shall be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include being on the active taxpayers list (ATL) and registration with FBR. Tender documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website. Bidding documents issuance is non-refundable and requires a deposit of Rs. 1,500 in the form of a Green Challan to the account of Govt Head C3870. The last date for submission of bidding documents is 07-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. The tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM.
