Tender Description
The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) Lahore invites sealed bids for the procurement of an Indoor SMD Screen P2.5 Full-color LED Display measuring 240 Sq. Ft (20x12 Feet) along with a controller, 20KVA UPS with 10 minutes backup on 80% load, Power Distribution Units (PDUs), a Broadcast Standard Data Rack 42U, a 55" UHD Smart LED TV, and allied cables and accessories. This procurement is part of the newly constructed PEF Head Office Building for the financial year 2025-2026.
Bidders must be registered firms, companies, or sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax under PPR-14 Rule 38 (2)(a). The bidding process follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The estimated cost of this procurement is **PKR 20,000,000** with a bid security of 2% amounting to **PKR 400,000**. The original bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Pakistan must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Duak Section of Punjab Education Foundation at 52-L, Gulberg-III near Kalma Chowk, Lahore by 11:00 a.m. on **July 21, 2026**. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Bidders should have NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates and must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The bid shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date. Bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bidding documents including detailed specifications and eligibility criteria are available on E-PADS, PPRA, and PEF websites.
