Industrial Heat Blower Supply

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) is procuring Industrial Heat Blowers for its Transformer Reclamation Workshop in Multan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids through the EPADS v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Industrial Heat Blower (Quantity: 5 units) The Industrial Heat Blower must meet the following technical specifications: Power 4 to 5 KW, Voltage 380 to 400 V, Current approximately 14 to 16 A, Air Temperature adjustable between 200 to 300°C, Heating Element made of Stainless Steel or Nickel Chromium (NICR) or PTC, Air Flow 300 to 500 m³/h, Adjustable thermostat for temperature control, Heat settings including Fan only / 1.5 KW / 3.0 KW / 5 KW, Overheat protection, automatic thermal cut out, fan delay for element cooling after switch off, heavy duty powder coated steel body, protection class IPX4 or equivalent, and flexible rubber pipe with steel wire suitable for temperature 200 to 300°C with length 100 ft. The scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training of TRW staff. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have valid PEC category, and provide bid security as per tender requirements. The bid validity period is 90 days. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. The delivery location is MEPCO Regional Stores, Multan, with delivery within 60 days or earlier. Manual bids will not be accepted; submission must be online via EPADS v2.0. The tender requires earnest money in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, or bank guarantee. Inspection charges of 0.5% of the cost are payable by the supplier. Warranty period is 24 months from delivery. The bidder must provide a warranty certificate confirming the goods are brand new and conform to specifications. The bidder is responsible for replacement of defective goods within 30 days during warranty. Performance security of 5% of contract price is required.
