Infrastructure Development in Chilas and Darel/Tangir Forest Divisions for Protection and Conservation of Natural Resources in District Diamer

The Conservator of Forests, Diamer Astore Forest Circle Chilas invites sealed bids from eligible Firms/Constructors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant code and category for infrastructure development in Chilas and Darel/Tangir Forest Divisions for protection and conservation of natural resources in District Diamer. Items being procured: - Infrastructure development works in Chilas and Darel/Tangir Forest Divisions The bidding documents include detailed terms and conditions and the procurement procedure for submission of bids. Eligibility criteria and evaluation criteria will be issued to interested Firms/Contractors after approval of the tender committee from 20-09-2026. Bidding documents shall be issued to government contractors/firms in person upon production of original CNIC, PEC registration, and renewal fee receipt for 2026-27. A 5% bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Call Deposit in the name of Conservator of Forests Diamer Astore Forest Circle Chilas from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan is required and will be verified. Bidding documents will not be issued to contractors who have delayed projects or have been blacklisted by any government institution. Conditional bids are not acceptable. The bidding process will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedures as per GB Public Procurement Rules (PPRA 2022).
