Tender Description

The District and Sessions Court, Dadu is procuring the installation of a 03 KW Solar Power System specifically for the Taluka Bar Association Johi building. This procurement is part of the Access to Justice Development Fund projects aimed at enhancing infrastructure and energy efficiency in judicial facilities within Dadu, Sindh. The technical scope includes supply and installation of a hybrid solar system comprising Inverex Nitrox 3 KW inverter, eight 580 Watt solar panels (Inverex/Jinko), a 48 V Inverex lithium battery, solar framing with 16-gauge MS pipe, distribution box, electrical miscellaneous items, DC and battery wiring, installation, transportation, testing, commissioning, and handover. The system is designed to be robust with warranties on key components and is intended to provide reliable power to the Bar Association premises. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced service providers with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years. They must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, registered under the Sales Tax Act with NTN, GST, and Vendor Number. Experience of at least four similar contracts is required, supported by documentary evidence. Bidders must also submit Earnest Money of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank draft or pay order.
