Tender Description
The District and Sessions Court, Dadu is procuring the installation of a 06 KW Solar Power System specifically for the SCJ Court Building located in Mehar, Sindh. This procurement is part of the Access to Justice Development Fund and aims to enhance energy sustainability at the court premises.
The technical scope includes supply and installation of a hybrid solar system comprising Inverex Nitrox 6 kW inverter, 14 solar panels of 580 Watt each (Inverex/Jinko), a 48V Inverex lithium battery, solar framing with 16-gauge MS pipe, distribution box, electrical miscellaneous items, wiring, installation, testing, commissioning, and transportation. The system is designed to meet high standards with warranties on key components and robust mounting structures.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced service providers with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years. They must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, registered under the Sales Tax Act with NTN and GST, and have completed at least four similar contracts. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) system under the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure.
The tender was published on **17 April 2026** and the bid submission deadline is **07 May 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the Meeting Hall, District & Sessions Court, Dadu. Earnest Money of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of the Access to Justice Development Fund for District & Sessions Court, Dadu. The original bid security must reach the procuring agency before bid opening.
