Tender Description
The District and Sessions Court, Dadu is procuring the installation of a 06 KW Solar Power System specifically for the Civil Court Building located in Mehar, Sindh. This procurement is part of the Access to Justice Development Fund projects aimed at enhancing infrastructure and energy efficiency in judicial facilities.
The technical scope includes supply and installation of a hybrid solar system comprising Inverex Nitrox 6 kW inverter, 14 solar panels of 580 Watt each (Inverex/Jinko), a 48V Inverex lithium battery, solar framing using 16-gauge MS pipe, distribution box, electrical miscellaneous items, DC and battery wiring, installation, and transportation. The system is designed to provide reliable solar power with a minimum one-year warranty on all hardware and installation.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced service providers with valid FBR registration, ATL status, and NTN. They should have completed at least four similar contracts and possess qualified technical staff. The bidder must submit a 5% Earnest Money in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of the Access to Justice Development Fund for District & Sessions Court, Dadu. The bid security and tender fee of Rs. 1,500 are mandatory.
The tender follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure with technical bids opening on 07 May 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Meeting Hall, District & Sessions Court, Dadu. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) system by 07 May 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security instruments must reach the procuring agency before bid opening.
