Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the installation of an additional 06 KW solar power system at the District & Sessions Court Headquarter in Dadu, Sindh. The procurement is managed by the District & Sessions Court, Dadu, focusing on power and solar equipment to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability at the judicial complex.
The project involves supplying and installing a hybrid solar system including Inverex Nitrox 6 kW inverter, Tier-I Mono PERC 580 W solar panels, lithium-ion batteries, mounting structures, wiring, and all necessary electrical components. The installation site is the District Court Headquarter in Dadu, where the system will be commissioned and tested to ensure optimal performance. The engineering challenge includes ensuring robust mounting structures resistant to winds up to 150 km/h and seamless integration with existing electrical infrastructure.
Bidders must be registered contractors or suppliers with proven experience in similar solar installations. Compliance with PEC categories is advised, and bidders should be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for the financial year 2025-26. The tender requires a 5% earnest money in the form of a bank draft or pay order. Technical and financial bids will be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) system under the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure.
