The Office of the District & Sessions Judge Sialkot invites bids for the installation of 08-KW Hybrid Solar Systems (Off-Grid) specifically for Ladies Bar Rooms at Judicial Complexes located in Sialkot, Sambrial, and Daska. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C3 and have at least 10 years of relevant experience. Joint ventures are allowed if the lead partner is registered in category C3 and other members have at least category CE-01 registration. Firms must also be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and have a valid FBR/ATL status. Bid security of 5% is required as per the tender documents. The bids will be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-procurement system and must be received by 11:00 AM on 10-11-2026.
