Installation of 2000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 18 Inch Dia in UC-155, Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phase-5)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of 2000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 18 inch diameter in UC-155, Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phase-5). This procurement is managed by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad. The project involves the supply and installation of reinforced cement concrete pipes along with excavation, refilling, and related civil works. Items being procured: - Installation of 2000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 18 inch diameter - Excavation for pipeline in trenches and pits in hard soils - Providing fence guards, lights, flags, and temporary crossings - Laying RCC pipes ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Reinforced cement concrete work including labor and materials - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement - Manufacturing & supplying of R.C.C manhole covers - Refilling excavated material in trenches - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing The technical scope includes excavation, pipe laying, jointing with rubber rings, testing with water pressure, and all associated civil works. Bidders must have valid NTN, Sales Tax, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and be active taxpayers on FBR ATL. Experience of at least two similar completed works and two ongoing projects is mandatory. Financial soundness must be demonstrated with bank statements for the last three years. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- are required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal by 06-11-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Bid opening will be on the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening.
