The site is located in Hyderabad, Sindh. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active NTN and Sales Tax registration, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, valid FBR Active Taxpayer List status, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, and affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation.
