Construction & Repair of Paving Block / CC Block at Various Places in UC 145 TMC Qasimabad, HMC Hyderabad (Phase 1)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the construction and repair of paving blocks and cement concrete blocks at various places in UC 145 TMC Qasimabad, Hyderabad. This procurement is for the execution of development schemes under the supervision of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Items being procured: - Construction & repair of paving block / CC block at various places in UC 145 TMC Qasimabad The technical scope includes dismantling cement concrete, earthwork for road embankment, carriage of materials like stone aggregate and bricks, providing and fixing cement paving blocks with natural colors and specified strength, erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works, and cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in the last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of required technical staff and equipment. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- and bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Key dates include the first attempt submission deadline on 06-11-2026 at 11:00 AM with bid opening at 12:00 Noon the same day. A second attempt submission is scheduled for 23-11-2026 at 11:00 AM with opening at 12:00 Noon. Bids must be valid for a minimum of 90 days from the date of opening.
