Providing Paving Block at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro Phase 4

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the execution of the development scheme titled PROVIDING PAVING BLOCK AT UC-158 VILLAGE MUHAMMAD BUX SHORO (PHASE 4) located in Hyderabad. The estimated cost of the project is **Rs. 2,995,500/-** with a completion period of 12 months. Items being procured: - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Earth work for road embankment by bulldozer including ploughing, mixing, clod breaking, dressing and compacting - Carriage of materials like stone aggregate, spawl, coal, lime, surkhi, bricks, tiles, timber, fuel wood by trucks - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Providing & fixing cement paving blocks flooring of size 197 x 97 x 60 mm with natural colours and strength between 5000 PSI to 8500 PSI - Erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing The technical scope includes supply and installation of paving blocks over a 2" thick bed of hill sand or stone dust with proper laying and compacting as per specifications. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, possess valid NTN, Sales Tax and Sindh Revenue Board registration, and demonstrate financial soundness with bank statements for the last three years. Minimum experience includes completion of at least two similar works in the last two years and two ongoing projects of similar nature. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000/- are required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal by **06-11-2026 up to 11:00 AM**. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation before bid opening at 12:00 Noon on the same day. The procurement will follow Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure under Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Joint ventures are allowed with submission of JV agreement if applicable. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
