District & Sessions Judge Mandi Bahauddin invites e-bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant category C3 & above and valid CE-01 certificate for installation of 8-KW Hybrid (Off-Grid) Solar Systems specifically for Ladies Bar Rooms at District Headquarter Mandi Bahauddin and Sub-Divisions Phalia and Malakwal. Items being procured: - Installation of 8-KW Hybrid (Off-Grid) Solar System at District Headquarter Mandi Bahauddin (Lot-1) - Installation of 8-KW Hybrid (Off-Grid) Solar System at Sub-Division Phalia (Lot-2) - Installation of 8-KW Hybrid (Off-Grid) Solar System at Sub-Division Malakwal (Lot-3) The scope includes supply and installation of hybrid solar systems at specified locations with a time limit of 1 month per lot. Bidders must submit bids electronically on the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) before the closing date and time. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required for each lot. The bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
