Solarization of Ladies Bar Rooms with 08-KW Hybrid Solar System (03 Units)

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Lodhran, invites bids for the solarization of Ladies Bar Rooms at District Headquarters Lodhran and Sub-Divisions Kehror Pacca and Dunyapur. This procurement involves the supply and installation of a hybrid solar system comprising 03 units of 08-KW Hybrid Solar Inverters, Solar Panels, Standard Galvanized Iron (GI) Solar Structure L2/L3, AC/DC copper conductor wires and cables, installation, transportation, and lithium iron phosphate battery sets. Items being procured: - Hybrid Solar Inverter (8-KW rated capacity, IP-65, 3-5 years warranty) - Solar Panels (625-650 Watts, tempered glass, Tier-1 category including Jinko, Longi, JA, Canadian or equivalent) - Standard Galvanized Iron (GI) Solar Structure L2/L3 - AC/DC copper conductor wires and cables as per WAPDA standards - Installation Cost (testing and commissioning complete in all respects) - Transportation Cost (loading, unloading, shifting, and site rooftop charges) - Lithium iron phosphate battery set (100-AH, 48-51 DC volts, 3-5 year warranty, advanced BMS system) The scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the complete hybrid solar system with all electrical safety features and protections as per IEC/EN safety standards. The project covers District Headquarters Lodhran and its sub-divisions Kehror Pacca and Dunyapur. Eligible bidders must have at least 05 years of relevant experience and be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) 2026-2027 in category C3 & above with relevant code CE-01. Bidders must submit valid legal entity documents, tax registrations, affidavits regarding litigation history, and must not be blacklisted. Earnest Money Deposit (Bid Security) of 5% is required via Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System before the closing date of 17.11.2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website.
