Installation of ABC Cable and Smart Energy Meters in District Diamer

The Water and Power Department Gilgit-Baltistan, through the Executive Engineer W&P Division Diamer, invites bids for the installation of ABC Cable and Smart Energy Meters in District Diamer. The project requires original manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category with a valid license. Foreign bidders may participate only through joint ventures with Pakistani contractors as per PEC bye-laws. Tender forms are available from the office of the Executive Engineer Water & Power Division Diamer-Chilas upon payment of a non-refundable fee. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a deposit at call or bank guarantee from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. The bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes indicating the bidder’s name. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-08-02 at 11:30 AM. The last date for submission of bids is 2026-08-12 by 11:00 AM for ABC Cable and 01:00 PM for Smart Energy Meter, with opening times shortly after submission deadlines.
