Installation of Additional 06 KW Solar Power System in District Court Headquarter Dadu

The District and Sessions Court, Dadu is procuring the installation of an additional 06 KW solar power system at its District Court Headquarter in Dadu. This procurement is part of the Access to Justice Development Fund projects and aims to enhance the energy infrastructure of the court complex with a reliable and efficient solar hybrid system. The technical scope includes supply and installation of a hybrid solar power system comprising a 6 kW Inverex Nitrox inverter, fourteen 580 Watt Tier-1 Mono PERC solar panels (Inverex/Jinko or equivalent), a 48V Inverex lithium-ion deep cycle battery, solar framing using 16-gauge MS pipes, distribution box, electrical miscellaneous items, DC and battery wiring, installation charges, and transportation. The system must meet specified standards including a minimum 97% inverter efficiency, 25-year panel performance warranty, and rust-proof mounting structure capable of withstanding winds up to 150 km/h. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced service providers with valid FBR registration, ATL status, NTN, GST, and vendor number. They should have completed at least four similar contracts, possess qualified technical staff, and maintain a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years. Blacklisted firms are not eligible.
