Installation of Deep Hand Pumps at Various Villages of U.C Torr (West Side) Taluka Johi District Dadu

The Public Health Engineering Division Dadu invites bids for the installation of deep hand pumps at various villages of U.C Torr (West Side), Taluka Johi, District Dadu. This procurement is part of the development efforts to improve water supply infrastructure in the region. Items being procured: - Deep Hand Pumps (150 ft) including boring of tube wells (6" dia) up to 150 ft, supplying and installing PVC strainer and blind pipes, development charges, shrouding with graded bajri, installation and testing of deep hand pumps with G.I steel parts, and providing uPVC pipe class C with fittings and jointing. - Deep Hand Pumps (250 ft) including boring of tube wells (8" dia) up to 250 ft, supplying and installing PVC strainer and blind pipes, development charges, shrouding with graded bajri, installation and testing of deep hand pumps with G.I steel parts, and providing uPVC pipe class C with fittings and jointing. - Conducting resistivity survey of geo-electrical sounding VES evaluation, interpretation, and compilation including mobilization and demobilization of geologist and equipment. The technical scope includes drilling boreholes in water-bearing soil, installation of casing pipes, and pump setting with all necessary mechanical and electrical components. The work requires experienced contractors with PEC registration in relevant categories, financial capability, and technical staff including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers. Equipment such as tractor trolleys, water tankers, generators, excavators, 4x4 vehicles, mixture machines, and dumpers must be available. Bidders must submit sealed bids by 27-08-2026 at 12:30 pm to the Office of the Executive Engineer (Dev) Public Health Engineering Division Dadu located at Gharibabad Muhalla Dadu. Bids must include bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 0.486 Million. The bid validity period is 90 days. The lowest evaluated bidder will be required to deposit 10% performance security before contract execution.
