Installation and Fixing of Solar Street Lights at Nath-Durug Road Musakhel and Home Based Solar at Various Villages in Kohlu

The Energy Department invites electronic bids for two solar energy projects in Balochistan, specifically in Musakhel and Kohlu districts. The first project involves the installation and fixing of solar street lights at Nath-Durug Road, Musakhel, under PSDP No. 1854 with an estimated cost of Rs. 40,000,000. The second project is a home-based solar system installation at various villages in Kohlu under PSDP No. 1863, estimated at Rs. 60,000,000. Items being procured: - Installation and fixing of solar street lights at Nath-Durug Road, District Musakhel - Home based solar systems at various villages in Kohlu The procurement follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) is mandatory and must be active. Bidders should have completed at least one similar assignment with a turnover of at least 70% of the estimated cost in the last three years. PEC registration category C-5 or above is required with specialized codes EE11(i) Solar, EE11(ii) Solar Energy, EE11(iii) Solar Energy System, and for the solar street lighting system EE11(v) Installation of Solar Power LED Street Lighting System. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or deposit call. Tender documents and bidding documents are available electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk and can also be obtained from the undersigned office during office hours. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPPS system by the last date of submission. Tender opening will be conducted electronically on the EPPS system as per the schedule.
