Eligibility criteria include presence in the Active Taxpayer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency, registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and completion of at least three similar assignments in the last three years with a turnover of at least PKR 3,459,254. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of PKR 1,000.
