Installation and Fixing of Wall Paneling for NIASR / NUMS Auditorium

The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) in Rawalpindi invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS for the installation and fixing of wall paneling at the NIASR / NUMS Auditorium. This procurement is specifically for experienced and financially sound firms or companies capable of delivering quality wall paneling services. Items being procured: - Installation and fixing of Wall Paneling for NIASR - NUMS Auditorium The technical scope includes the complete installation and fixing of wall paneling materials at the auditorium site. Detailed specifications, terms, and conditions are provided in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit both Technical and Financial Proposals in a single envelope as per the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have a minimum of one year relevant experience in wall paneling within public or private sector organizations or institutes. Firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for GST and Income Tax compliance. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid value is mandatory, refundable, and must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Draft in favor of NUMS. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate at NUMS upon submission of a non-refundable Pay Order/Demand Draft of PKR 3,000 in favor of NUMS. The last date for submission of bids is Thursday, 13th August 2023 by 1030 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 1100 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
