Installation of Hybrid Solar Systems at Sessions Court Gujranwala and Sub-Divisions

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge Gujranwala invites electronic bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the fiscal year 2026-2027. The procurement is for the installation of hybrid solar systems at the Sessions Court Gujranwala and its sub-divisions including Kamoke, Nowshera Virkan, and Wazirabad. Items being procured: - Installation of 08-KW Hybrid solar (off-grid) system at Ladies Bar Room and Gents Bar Room in Gujranwala (1 system) - Installation of 08-KW Hybrid solar (off-grid) system at Ladies Bar Room and Gents Bar Room in Kamoke (2 systems) - Installation of 08-KW Hybrid solar (off-grid) system at Ladies Bar Room and Gents Bar Room in Nowshera Virkan (2 systems) - Installation of 12-KW Hybrid solar (off-grid) system at Gents Bar Room in Wazirabad (1 system) The total estimated cost for the 08-KW solar systems is Rs. 9,384,375 and for the 12-KW system Rs. 2,550,000. The bid security required is 5% of the estimated cost for each lot. The scope includes supply and installation of hybrid solar systems at specified court facilities. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C3 or above with relevant code CE-01. All rates should be inclusive of GST/PST and valid until 30.06.2027. A minimum warranty period of one year including free replacement, service, and maintenance is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab E-procurement System before the closing date of **09.11.2026**. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at the office of the District & Sessions Judge Gujranwala. Earnest money in the form of a 5% CDR is required with the bid, refundable and to be uploaded electronically. Successful bidders will deposit 10% of the contract value as performance guarantee. Interested bidders should ensure valid FBR/ATL registration and prior experience in similar projects. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
