Tender Description
Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA), under Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority, invites bids from suppliers and contractors registered on Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC License in category C-6 or above (active NTN and PNTN filer) for the installation of a new MS Screen No 2 at Bhatti Gate Disposal Station located in City Sub Division Ravi Town, WASA Lahore.

The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidding documents with detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available for registered bidders on https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ and PPRA website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The bidding procedure is Single Stage One Envelope, and bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 12-10-2026 before 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
A digital bid security/e-Bid Security of 3% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 29,886/- in favor of WASA Lahore must be verified on the Punjab e-Procurement System before the bid submission deadline. Bidders must ensure their e-bids are free from corruption or viruses as per Regulation-8(4) of PPRA Regulations-2024. The bids will remain valid for 120 days.
Eligibility requires PEC registration category C-6 or above, active NTN and PNTN filing, and compliance with Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Tendered rates must be filled in figures and words and signed as per tender document instructions. If the last submission date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered.
