Installation of Naming Boards on Different Roads in Multan Industrial Estate

The Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate invites sealed bids from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the category of C-6 and above for the installation of naming boards on different roads within the Multan Industrial Estate. This procurement is specifically for contractors registered with PEC category C-6 or above and specialized codes CE01, CE9, and CE10, having relevant experience in similar works. Items being procured: - Installation of Naming Boards on different Roads in Multan Industrial Estate Bidding will be conducted under the provision of PPRA Rules 2014 on a single stage one envelope basis. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website, PIEDMC website, and EPADS portal. Bidders must submit their bids online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal by 3rd September 2026 before 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM as per PPRA Rules 2014. Bid security of Rs. 66,858/- (3% of the estimated cost) must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments like CDR, PO, or bank guarantees will be accepted. Incomplete bids, bids without original bid security, unsigned or late submissions, or those submitted by other means will not be considered. Firms blacklisted by PPRA or the procuring agency will be disqualified. Interested bidders should ensure they meet the PEC category requirements and have relevant experience. Registration on the Punjab e-Procurement portal is mandatory for bid submission.
