Tender Description
Municipal Committee Attock invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed, financially sound, and experienced firms or companies for the installation, operation, and maintenance of an Outdoor SMD Screen on a DBFOT (Design Build Finance Operate & Transfer) or Revenue Sharing Model within the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Attock for public awareness messages and commercial advertising.
Items being procured:
- Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of outdoor high-brightness SMD screen (P6 specification)
- Complete operational management, content monitoring, electrical connections, and routine maintenance
- Monthly rental payment or fixed revenue share to Municipal Committee Attock
The project site is proposed at Railway Bridge to Teen Mila Chowk. The screen specifications require an Outdoor Heavy-Duty Waterproof P6 HD LED Display. The concession period for this project is 10 years.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR (Active Taxpayer List for Income Tax and Sales Tax), minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Digital Signage or Outdoor Media Advertising, and an affidavit on stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization.
Interested eligible firms must submit their profiles along with technical specifications and revenue proposals sealed in an envelope marked 'EOI – Installation of SMD Screen' to the office of the undersigned by 20-09-2026 before 01:00 PM.
Municipal Committee Attock reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
After receiving EOIs, shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals. The final concession period, agreement terms, and implementation plan will be determined at that stage.
