Installation of PCO System (Voice & Video Calls) on Turnkey Basis and Support Services SLA (Phase-V) at 14 Jails in Punjab and Increase in Number of PCO Booths at CJ Rawalpindi, DJ Lahore, New Building DJs Gujrat & M. B. Din

Punjab Prisons Foundation Lahore invites sealed bids for the installation of a PCO system (voice and video calls) on a turnkey basis along with support services SLA (Phase-V) at 14 jails across Punjab. Additionally, the project includes increasing the number of PCO booths at the Chief Justice Rawalpindi, District Jail Lahore, new building DJs Gujrat, and M. B. Din as per the Request for Proposal (RFP). Items being procured: - Installation of PCO system (voice and video calls) at 14 jails in Punjab - Increase in number of PCO booths at CJ Rawalpindi - Increase in number of PCO booths at DJ Lahore - Increase in number of PCO booths at new building DJs Gujrat - Increase in number of PCO booths at M. B. Din The scope includes turnkey installation and ongoing support services under a Service Level Agreement. Bidders must comply with the technical and financial bid requirements as per the tender documents. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Secretary General, Punjab Prisons Foundation Lahore, located at Ferozepur Road, Shadman, Link Jail Road, Lahore, upon payment of Rs. 2,000 non-refundable through Demand Draft or Pay Order. Eligibility criteria include submission of a Bid Security of Rs. 20 Million in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, or Pay Order. Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration Certificates along with other required documents must accompany the bids. Upon acceptance, the successful bidder shall furnish 5% Performance Security in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR, which will be released after successful contract completion. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the tender name on the front and dropped in the tender box at the office of the Secretary General by 10 September 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
