Government Holdings Private Limited (GHPL) Islamabad invites bids for the Renewal of SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted Essentials E100 Annual Subscription. This procurement is for the renewal of a software subscription license including OEM and local remote/onsite support for one year, with possible extension at the company's discretion. Items being procured:
- Renewal of SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted Essentials E100 Annual Subscription (License renewal effective from the date of delivery.)
The scope includes ensuring all features and specifications listed by SolarWinds are met, along with performance optimization, quarterly checkups, configurations, and issue/bug fixing support. Bidders must be authorized resellers and provide 24x7 technical support.
