The works are to be executed in multiple phases with a completion period of 24 months for each phase. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, ongoing projects, financial soundness, affidavit of no blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and bid security of 2% of estimated cost must be submitted in specified forms. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. The bid submission deadline is 26-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 Noon the same day at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under SPPRA Rule 33. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder.
