The works are to be executed in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided by Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects, financial soundness proof, affidavit of no blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and bid security of 2% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee in favor of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only by **26-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM**. Bid opening will be on the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The contract period is 24 months with a defect liability period of minimum 24 months after completion. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder.
