Tender Description
Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms registered with relevant authorities for the execution of development schemes in Hyderabad, Sindh. The procurement is for the installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony Near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-4) with an estimated cost of **Rs. 2,979,000/-** and a completion period of 24 months. Items being procured:

The technical scope includes excavation, laying, jointing, and testing of RCC pipes, refilling trenches, and related civil works as per specifications. The site is located in Hyderabad city under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bidders must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed and two ongoing projects. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Original bid security and tender fee must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation before bid opening. The bid opening will be held on **26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon** at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the e-procurement portal. One practical tip: Ensure all mandatory documents including financial statements, affidavits, and technical staff details are complete and up to date to avoid disqualification during technical evaluation.
