Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony Near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-6)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipe line 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-6) in Hyderabad city. This procurement is part of the development schemes under the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation for the financial year 2026-27. The works involve installation of RCC pipelines of 18'' diameter, including excavation, laying, jointing, and testing as per specifications. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony Near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-6) The technical scope includes excavation in hard soils, laying RCC pipes with rubber ring joints, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, cement concrete works, steel reinforcement fabrication, and refilling excavated material with proper compaction. The contract period is 24 months with a defect liability period of minimum 24 months after completion. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), NTN and Sales Tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Tender documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA E-Procurement System (E-PADS) portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded with the bid, and original instruments must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation before bid opening. The bid submission deadline is 26-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. The evaluation will be on the lowest evaluated responsive bid basis. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
