The works are to be executed in multiple phases across specified union councils and villages within Hyderabad district. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in the last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of required technical staff and equipment. Tender documents are available for download from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is payable via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory and must be submitted both electronically and as original hard copy before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only by **26-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM**. Bid opening will occur the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. Manual bids will not be accepted.
