Installation of RCC Pipeline 12'' Dia at UC - 157 Marvi Town Hyderabad

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipeline 12'' diameter at UC - 157 Marvi Town Hyderabad. This procurement is part of the development schemes under the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipeline 12'' diameter at UC - 157 Marvi Town The scope of work includes excavation, laying and jointing of RCC pipes, refilling trenches, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, and all related civil works as per specifications. The work site is located in Hyderabad city, Sindh province. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in the last two years, and financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements. Bidders must also submit an affidavit on E-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation. Tender documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA E-Procurement System (E-PADS) portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded with the bid, and original instruments must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation before bid opening.
