Installation of RCC Pipeline 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-1) Hyderabad

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipeline 18'' diameter at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-1) in Hyderabad city. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' diameter at various UCs and villages including Tahir Soomro, Lalo Palari, Misri Rind Goth, Amardas Thakur, Marvi Town, Railway Colony Barkati Masjid, Benazir Colony near Sehrish Nagar, Qasimabad, Juneja Colony, and others. - Installation of water supply line 6'' diameter in various UCs of TMC Qasimabad and TMC Hussainabad. - Installation of RCC sewerage pipe line 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society. - Providing paving blocks at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro. The technical scope includes excavation, laying, jointing, testing, and refilling for RCC pipelines and water supply lines, as well as construction and repair of paving blocks at various locations within Hyderabad Municipal Corporation jurisdiction. The work period for each scheme is 24 months. Eligibility criteria require valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects, financial soundness proof, affidavit of no blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and bid security of 2% of estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Pay Order/Call Deposit. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only; manual bids will be rejected. Key dates: Submission deadline is 26-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 Noon the same day at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. A second attempt submission and opening is scheduled for 10-11-2026. Bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents, ensure timely submission of all required documents, and submit original tender fee and bid security in sealed envelopes before bid opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
