Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipeline 18'' diameter at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-4) in Hyderabad city. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' diameter at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-4) The scope includes excavation, laying, jointing, and testing of RCC pipes, refilling trenches, and related civil works. The work site is located in Hyderabad and the contract duration is 24 months. Bidders must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and must demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed and two ongoing projects. Submission of a bank statement for the last three years and an affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation is mandatory. Tender documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Deposit Fund HMC must be submitted.
